A FEW HANDY RULES AND REMINDERS:

 

1) You MUST be 18 years of age or older to apply. 

 

2) You must already own the land where you'd like to build (or have permission to build on a specific piece of property). 

 

3) Landowners must invest a minimum of $50,000 in their build project, which does not include donated materials or volunteer labor. The final cost of each cabin is determined by its complexity of design, which will be discussed well in advance with anyone chosen to appear on the show. 

 

4) We do not yet know the build and filming locations for a potential Season Three. As soon as our next adventure is plotted on the map, we'll contact everyone in the appropriate area.

 

5) We build custom cabins in the wilderness; if you're looking for a finished home with plumbing and electricity, we're probably not the company for you. We typically build in fairly rugged conditions, so if you're looking for a structure in your backyard, right off the highway, we're probably not a good fit. 

 

6) The more unique your idea, the better. The Cabin Kings like to tackle new and novel challenges, so please share with us your WILDEST cabin dreams.
